Questions
What counts as a message?
Each message you send to Cloa and each response counts toward your daily limit. System messages and notifications don't count.
What's a 'static' limit?
Static limits are total caps, like how many integrations you can connect or AI Actions you can create. They don't reset over time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you access to every feature with lower limits. Try everything before deciding to upgrade.
