Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cloa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the service.
Description of service
Cloa is a personalized AI assistant that provides context-aware assistance through chat, voice calls, and connected integrations. The service includes conversation memory, proactive actions, and third-party service integrations. Features and availability may change as we continue to develop and improve the product.
Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cloa. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cloa for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware or spam, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or to interfere with the operation of the service. You may not use Cloa to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual property
The Cloa service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Cloa and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and provide through the service. By using Cloa, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Cloa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Cloa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of Cloa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
